Our entire community was flooded, causing a sewage system malfunction that resulted in our basement toilet and sinks flowing in REVERSE. Needless to say, we had a nasty mess on our hands. Thanks Jess Haskins! Due to the recent storm in North Carolina I received services from SERVPRO DH Storm Team. Due to the fact that the field team were so busy, they were unable to get me a receipt for payment. I tried all day talking to different personnel at corporate no luck. Then I decided call the franchise that served me and talked to Jess Haskins. She work hard and in a few minutes she emailed me with info I needed to show that I had paid my insurance deductible. The storm was very bad and I was stress to my limit but with people like Jess I can take another step forward.
